Management Systems ("iManage") for the remaining period of August 1, 2022 through <br />July 31, 2024, increasing the annual billing amount by $4,800 for years two and three, <br />for $30,050 annually, for the iManage System, and increasing the total not -to -exceed <br />amount of the agreement to $95,350, which includes a $10,000 contingency, subject <br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />23.
