Resolution No. 2022-XXX — Adopt a resolution approving the issuance of revenue <br />bonds by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority in an amount <br />not to exceed $45,000,000 for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction, <br />improvement and equipping of the Westview House affordable housing project <br />located at 2530 & 2534 Westminster Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92701 (APNs 198-132- <br />21 and 198-132-23). <br />40. Public Hearing - Adopt Resolution Adjusting the Solid Waste Rates <br />As required by the provisions of Proposition 218, notices of a public hearing for <br />adjusting solid waste collection rates were mailed to all property owners within the <br />City of Santa Ana solid waste collection service area on or before April 1, 2022. The <br />Clerk of the Council Office has received 44 protest letters, as of the publishing of this <br />agenda. <br />Legal notice was published in the Orange County Reporter on May 6, 2022 and May <br />13, 2022. <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency <br />Recommended Action: Resolution No. 2022-XXX — Hold a public hearing and <br />adopt a resolution adjusting the solid waste rates effective July 1, 2022. <br />COUNCILMEMBER REQUESTED ITEMS <br />41.
