r <br />City of Santa Ana On Call Right -of -Way Services: Property Management <br />DANIELA BORBE <br />PRINCIPAL IN CHARGE <br />ImMonument is proud to designate <br />Daniela Borbe, a high level, <br />dedicated, and experienced <br />Manager, to oversee our Team. <br />Daniela is well versed in the City's preferences and <br />process since she has been working City projects and <br />handling property management for the past 10 years. <br />In recent years, Daniela has assisted the City in the <br />delivery of significant capital projects, including the <br />Bristol Street Widening Project, Phases 3A, 3B and <br />4, Warner Avenue Widening Project, Phases 1 and <br />2 and Grand Avenue Widening Project. Daniela is <br />currently managing City projects including Fairview <br />Widening, Bristol Street Widening phases, Warner <br />Avenue and multiple projects for Water Resources. <br />Daniela has 20 years of experience in the real estate <br />and right-of-way industry with an extensive history in <br />Southern California. She's managed a wide range <br />of capital projects from local water improvement <br />projects to road widening projects to major regional <br />transportation projects, varying in size from just a few <br />parcels to hundreds of acquisition and relocation cases. <br />Daniela has also provided Property Management <br />services for the City of Santa Ana on the Bristol <br />Street Widening. In addition to the City, Daniela <br />has managed property management programs for <br />the cities of Long Beach, Bakersfield, Glendale <br />and the City of Los Angeles. <br />Daniela has an extensive background in quality control <br />and assurance and maintaining federal, state, local, <br />agency and Caltrans compliance. Daniela takes pride <br />in meeting project goals and objectives, and her clients <br />find her proactive, creative, responsive, and a pleasure <br />to work with. <br />CURTIS BIBOLET, SR/WA, R/W-AMC <br />PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANAGFR <br />r <br />Curtis is designated as the <br />Property Management Project <br />Manager and will manage the <br />City's properties and vacant <br />lands with a seasoned team and <br />quality vendors. During his 13 years in the industry, <br />Curtis has amassed experience in Orange County <br />and the surrounding local agencies. He has worked on <br />Mount Vernon Bridge Replacement Project and State <br />Route 55 Improvement Project and is currently working <br />with San Bernardino County Transportation Authority <br />on the West Valley Connector and the City of Chino on <br />the El Prado Intersection Projects. <br />County Transportation Commission, Orange County <br />Transportation Authority, San Bernardino Transportation <br />Authority, and Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor <br />Agency. <br />Curtis has been managing properties for some of <br />our biggest clients. He has managed hundreds <br />of properties throughout the state of California <br />and currently oversees our Property Management <br />Team.
