AGREEMENT STATEMENT <br />Hodges Lacey & Associates concurs with any and all provisions contained in the sample <br />agreement attached as Attachment 2 in the Appendix of the RFP. <br />c. Firm and Team Experience <br />C <br />dges LaceyAssociates <br />Rich Hodges Mike Lacey <br />Hodges Lacey & Associates is comprised of two partners. Richard Hodges and Michael Lacey <br />will devote 60%-75% of their time to the proposed project. We are equally involved in all facets <br />of appraisal assignments, including client interaction, field work, appraisal, and consultant <br />communications. Both appraisers are subject to one another in terms of technical valuation and <br />review. Richard Hodges is the primary contact/project manager for the firm. <br />We believe in proactive contact with all consultants involved in our assignments whether for <br />technical interaction or the availability to be of assistance due to our intimate knowledge of the <br />site. <br />Michael Lacey's experience in real estate appraisal is a great asset to our technical knowledge <br />when working in conjunction with real estate appraisers and sometimes needing to appraise <br />major improvements on more complicated business occupied properties. <br />RESUMES <br />Richard Hodges, ASA <br />Partner <br />Mr. Hodges has been actively appraising machinery and equipment since 1991. <br />He has a wide breadth of experience, having appraised a variety of manufacturing, retail, and <br />service business enterprises for many functions and purposes. Examples of assets appraised <br />include boat building, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, car dealerships, hair salons, large <br />beach vacation resort & spa, a public aquarium, printing equipment, medical practices, machine <br />shops, service stations, mobile homes, an almond plant, and cellular telephone towers. <br />City Council 28 — 301 5/17/2022 <br />
