SCOPE OF SERVICES & SCHEDULE <br />Hodges Lacey & Associates will adhere to the scope of services and schedule requirements as <br />outlined in the RFP Scope of Work for Specialty Area tll as well as the approach to the <br />assignments as indicated 1.d. above. <br />Richard Hodges and Michael Lacey are particularly qualified to provide fixtures and equipment <br />appraisals for public agencies. It represents 95% of our career work experience. We are <br />acutely aware of the fact that we are representatives of the agency/City during the course of our <br />work. Potential property acquisition can be a trying and emotional time for business owners, <br />and we are very sensitive to this. We conduct ourselves in an understanding and professional <br />manner, conducive to a comfortable and productive site visit. Due to the nature of our work, <br />fixtures and equipment appraisers are on -site much longer than most of the other consultants <br />on a project. It is our goal to leave business owners in a more comfortable and positive posture <br />in working with the agency as the process moves forward. <br />3. FEE PROPOSAL <br />As instructed, the fee proposal is contained in a separately sealed envelope. <br />4. CERTIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL.
