Any additional data to support a demonstration of good faith efforts: <br />As of this writing, we are unaware of any DBEs in our particular discipline within the State of California and <br />in particular, any that are familiar with our type of appraisal duties in the context of eminent domain law. We <br />are actively involved with the American Society of Appraisers, colleagues in our discipline, and we practice <br />all over the state. We are constantly on the lookout for such companies but to no avail thus far. We dā‘ not <br />have any purchasing or leasing opportunities to assist in reaching the DBE goal.
