ROLL CALL <br />MINUTES: Clerk of the Council Daisy Gomez conducted roll call. All councilmembers <br />were present. Mayor Pro Tem Bacerra joined the closed session meetings at 5:17 p.m. and <br />Councilmember Mendoza joined at 5:49 p.m. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS — Members of the public may address the City Council on Special <br />Closed Session items. <br />MINUTES: No public comments on the Special Closed Session item. <br />SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to <br />discuss certain matters without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based <br />on advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters will <br />prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: <br />1.
