Provide locations for possible battery <br />storage units as well as size and footprint for said units. <br />4. Prepare preliminary electrical and control system design plans for hydro - <br />turbine generator and related appurtenances. The Consultant shall also <br />evaluate the existing standard operating procedures for the existing <br />pressure reducing station, make recommendations to modify how the <br />station operates at a control system level and SCADA level, and provide <br />preliminary control panel designs in accordance with the City's panel build <br />guidelines and the description below. This shall also include an electrical <br />operational plan and control scheme. <br />CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN <br />The Consultant shall, be required to provide full control panel designs for <br />the hydrogenerator, control valve operations and site operations. Control <br />panel designs shall contain fully engineered diagrams that specify all <br />equipment, backpanels, terminal blocks, special components and related <br />items. Also included in the design shall be all control wiring diagrams, <br />specific 1/0, panel elevations, item and quantity lists with specific part <br />numbers.
