INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED A-2022-066-01 <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />tel . `5 <br />CLERK OF COJNCIL <br />DATE MAY 2 6 2022 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH AIMTD, LLC., FOR ON -CALL TRAFFIC <br />D"--TWA(k-EaA kA,) CkV�2 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into May 3, 2022, by and <br />between AimTD, LLC., a California limited liability company ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, <br />a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State <br />of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2021-136-02 ("Agreement") dated July 20, 2021, to <br />retain Consultant to provide traffic counting services on an on -call basis. <br />B. The Agreement is current and in -effect through June 30, 2024. <br />C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase compensation. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total sum available to be expended under <br />this Agreement from $100,000 to $140,000. <br />2.
