Return FULLY EXECUTED A-2020-101-02 <br />INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED copy to COTC M-30 <br />WORK MAY PROCEED SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCII LAW ENFORCEMENT HELICOPTER SERVICES <br />DATE: J UN 0 2 2D22 BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />0, �pol AND THE <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />This Second Amendment to Agreement is entered into this First day of May <br />2022, which date is enumerated for purposes of reference only, by and between the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under <br />the Constitution and laws of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", <br />and the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California, <br />hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY", to amend that certain Agreement between the <br />parties commencing July 1, 2020 hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement' as follows: <br />1. For the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in accordance with Section 4.01 <br />of the ANNUAL FLIGHT HOURS, COST AND PAYMENT section of the Agreement, <br />Exhibit "A" is amended as attached hereto. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, to the extent that they are not in conflict with <br />this SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, remain unchanged. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
