CD A PROVISION OF APPRAISAL CONSULANT SERVICES <br />(1G� tGt Sh' L THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on March <br />2� 2022, by and between Gold Coast Appraisals, Inc., a California corporation <br />("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and <br />existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On October 12, 2018, the City and Consultant entered into Agreement (N-2018-215) <br />("Agreement") for Consultant to provide appraisal consultant services. On November 23, <br />2021, the parties extended the term of the Agreement until April 11, 2022 (N-2018-215-01). <br />The Agreement is current and in -effect. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Parties desire to amend the <br />Agreement to extend the term of the Agreement and increase the compensation for services <br />provided during the remainder of the term for this Agreement. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2, Compensation, is amended to increase the compensation for services provided by <br />$10,000. The total amount to be expended during the term of this Agreement shall not exceed <br />$35,000, <br />2. Section 3, Term, is hereby amended to extend the term of the Agreement through October 11, <br />2023. <br />3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br />[signature page to follow] <br />
