("Consultam") and the City of Santa Ana, dated December 1, 2020, Consultant hereby accepts this <br />Letter Agreement for an assignment for on -call planning and technical services for the projected listed above. <br />Consultant shall complete the services per the proposal updated on January 28, 2021 (attached as Exhibit A <br />to this Letter Agreement) by June 30, 2022. Compensation is subject to Section 2 of the Agreement and the <br />total compensation for this assignment shall not exceed $146,238.
