Carvalho <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Daisy Gomez <br />Re: Amendment to Side Letter No. 1 (A-2020-241-33-01) for Preparing and Processing a Recirculated Program <br />EIR for the Santa Ana General Plan Update (SNT-22.0) <br />Dear Ms. Hadfield, <br />Pursuant to Section 1 ("Scope. of Services") of Agreement No. A-2020-241-33 entered into by Placeworks, Inc. <br />("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, dated December 1, 2020, Consultant hereby accepts this amended <br />Letter Agreement for an assignment for on -call planning and technical services for the projected listed above. <br />Consultant shall complete the services per the proposal dated March 3, 2022 (attached as Exhibit A -I to this <br />amended Letter Agreement) by February 28, 2023. Compensation is subject to Section 2 of the Agreement The <br />total compensation forthis assignment shall be increased by $51,780 and the total compensation for these <br />amended services shall not exceed $198,108.
