Post Program Follow-u <br />■ Each training program handout includes an action plan to implement the skills learned in <br />the workshop. <br />■ After an in-house training program, we can provide feedback that includes: <br />■ a recap of the participants' reactions <br />• suggestions for maximizing the benefits of the training <br />• tips on how to "make the training stick" in day-to-day work situations <br />• recommendations on follow-up training/resources to continue progress <br />■ For each of our certification programs, participants receive post -workshop feedback on <br />video -recorded presentations or analysis of written design or implementation plans, all <br />included in the program cost. <br />r <br />02022 The Training Clinic Confidential Proposal Page 9 <br />
