Definition Of Employee <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Policy No. FLM1084498-00 Effective Date: 06/18/2022 <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the: <br />BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />COMMERCIAL INLAND MARINE COVERAGE FORM <br />A. The definition of "employee" as defined in SECTION V — DEFINITIONS of the Commercial General Liability Coverage <br />Form and the Business Auto Coverage Form is replaced by the following: <br />"Employee" includes a "leased worker", "temporary worker", "volunteer worker", and any person subject to the <br />guidance, instruction or direction of you or anyone acting on your behalf, including but not limited to crew and actors. <br />B. "Volunteer worker" as defined in SECTION V — DEFINITIONS of the Commercial General Liability Coverage Form is <br />replaced by the following: <br />"Volunteer worker" means a person who donates his or her work and acts at the direction of and within the scope of <br />duties determined by you, and is not paid a fee, salary or other compensation by you or anyone else for their work <br />performed for you. <br />C.
