Third Party Property Damage Coverage Form <br />ZURICHt <br />Various provisions in this policy restrict coverage. Read the entire policy carefully to determine rights, duties and what is <br />and is not covered. <br />Throughout this policy the words "you" and "your" refer to the Named Insured shown in the Declarations. The words "we", <br />"us" and 'bur" refer to the Company providing this insurance. <br />A. Coverage <br />We will pay for direct physical loss of or damage to Covered Property caused by or resulting from any Covered Cause <br />of Loss. <br />1. Covered Property <br />Covered Property, as used in this Coverage Form, means property of others in your care, custody or control that <br />is: <br />a. Used or intended to be used in connection with an "insured production"; or <br />b. Used or intended to be used in the operations specified in an endorsement to this policy. <br />2. Property Not Covered <br />Covered Property does not include: <br />a. Property in your care, custody or control which is not permanently part of a rented location; <br />b. Any property that is involved in a hazardous activity or stunt, unless such property has been specifically <br />added to this policy by endorsement; <br />c. Accounts; bills; currency, numismatic properties or money; food stamps; notes; securities; stamps; deeds; <br />evidences of debt; letters of credit; credit cards; passports; transportation tickets, admission tickets, or other <br />tickets; <br />d. Animals; <br />e. Negative film, video tape, tapes, cells, transparencies, positives, sound tracks, art work, software, programs <br />or any other form of media; <br />f. Furs, fur garments and garments trimmed with fur; <br />g. Jewelry, costume jewelry, watches, watch movements, jewels, pearls, precious and semi-precious stones, <br />bullion, gold, silver, platinum and other precious alloys or metals; <br />h. Personal effects belonging to you, your partners, directors, officers, trustees, "employees" including "leased <br />workers", agents, contractors, cast or crew. This includes but is not limited to clothing, jewelry, furnishings, <br />computers, cellular phones, sound reproduction equipment or personal grooming products; <br />L Works of art, antiques or rare articles, including etchings, pictures, statuary, marbles, bronzes, porcelains and <br />bric-a-brac; <br />j. Motor vehicles, motorcycles, or other self-propelled conveyances; <br />k. Railroad cars or railroad equipment; <br />I. "Mobile equipment', vans, mobile studio location units, cine-mobiles, motor homes and trailers; <br />m. Aircraft (including gliders and hang gliders); <br />n. Watercraft; <br />o. Growing plants, unless used as part of a set; <br />p.
