Non -Performing Animal Exclusion <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />Policy No. FLM1084498-00 Effective Date: 06/18/2022 <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the: <br />Commercial General Liability Coverage Form <br />The following exclusion is added to Section I — Coverages, Coverage A. Bodily Injury And Property Damage, <br />Paragraph 2. Exclusions and to Coverage B. Personal And Advertising Injury Liability, Paragraph 2. <br />Exclusions: <br />This insurance does not apply to "bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of, <br />resulting from, or otherwise relating in whole or in part to a "non -performing animal". <br />2.
