PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. The following exclusion is added to paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I —Coverage A —Bodily Injury And Property <br />Damage Liability and paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I —Coverage B—Personal And Advertising Injury Liability: <br />1. This insurance does not apply to "bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of <br />or relating in any way to an "abusive act"; or <br />2. Any loss, cost or expense arising out of or relating in any way to an "abusive act". <br />B. For purposes of this endorsement, the following additional definition applies: <br />1. "Abusive act" means any act or series of acts of actual or threatened abuse or molestation done to any person, including <br />any act or series of acts of actual or threatened sexual abuse or molestation done to any person by anyone who causes or <br />attempts to cause the person to engage in a sexual act: <br />a. Without the consent of or by threatening the person, placing the person in fear or asserting undue influence over the <br />person; <br />b. If that person is incapable of appraising the nature of the conduct or is physically incapable of declining <br />participation in or communicating unwillingness to engage in the sexual act; or <br />c.
