The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2019-128 ("Agreement'? dated June 12, 2019, to <br />provide psychological evaluation services for the Santa Ana Police Department from July 1, <br />2019 through June 30, 2022. The Agreement is current and in -effect. <br />B. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to extend the term for an additional three (3) month <br />period and increase the compensation for costs during the extended term. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1, Section 2, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the compensation by $2,000. The total <br />amount to be expended during the term of this Agreement shall not exceed $16,190. <br />2. Section 3, Term is hereby amended to extend the term of the Agreement until September 30, 2022. <br />3.
