PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />SINKHOLE COLLAPSEEXCLUSION <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />CAUSES OF LOSS-BASIC FORM <br />CAUSES OF LOSS-BROAD FORM <br />CAUSES OF LOSS-SPECIAL FORM <br />STANDARD PROPERTY POLICY <br />The following is added to B. Exclusions: <br />Sinkholecollapse coverage isdeleted, as indicated in Paragraphs 1.through 3.below: <br />1.In the Causes of Loss-Basic Form and in the Standard Property Policy, Sinkhole Collapse is deleted <br />from the Covered Causes of Loss and sinkhole collapse is no longer an exception to the Earth <br />Movement Exclusion. <br />2.In the Causes of Loss-BroadForm, Sinkhole Collapse is deleted from the Covered Causes of Loss <br />and from the Additional Coverage-Collapse; and sinkhole collapse is no longer an exception to the <br />Earth Movement Exclusion. <br />3.In the Causes of Loss-SpecialForm, Sinkhole Collapse is deleted from the <br />and is no longer an exception to the Earth Movement Exclusion. <br />EPA-1925Includes copyrighted material of InsuranceServicesOffice, Inc. with its Page 1of 1 <br />(12/2018)permission. <br /> <br /> <br />
