Approve a Five -Year Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. in the amount of $5,187,638 for Body -Worn Camera Services (Non -General Fund) Department(s): Police Department Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. to provide body -worn camera equipment and services to the Police Department, in an amount not to exceed $5,187,638, including a 5% contingency ($247,030), for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2022-XXX). 34.
