LOCAL HIRING AND SOURCING PRACTICES <br />Dyer Management Center LLC will hire locally and provide Santa Ana residents with meaningful <br />employment opportunities in the legal cannabis industry. <br />Local hiring will be a top priority and will be demonstrated through online job ads and postings <br />of open positions at local places. Some local businesses and resource centers we plan to work <br />with and develop a relationship with include Santa Ana Work Center, Women Helping Women, <br />Men2Work, the LGBTQ Center Orange County and 4th Street Market. Positions will be available <br />and open to those that meet the minimal State and local qualifications for employment in the <br />cannabis industry — namely requires related to minimum age and criminal history. <br />We will not require past experience in the cannabis industry when hiring. An employee <br />handbook will be presented to new hires and training for employees is conducted by the <br />manager. New hires will receive training on policies and how to use all proper equipment and <br />systems. Training will be conducted on paid time and records will be kept for completed <br />trainings. <br />Dyer Management Center LLC has a set goal of hiring 100% of its workforce from Santa Ana. To <br />achieve this goal, we will make job postings available through work recruitment centers in <br />Santa Ana and in public areas where residents frequent. We will open all employment <br />opportunities, for all positions, to residents with no experience and provide extensive training <br />to new hires. In the future, preference will be given to local businesses when we contract for <br />services to build out portions of DYER MANAGEMENT CENTER LLC businesses as well as any <br />other services we should need. By continuing to commit to local hiring and sourcing practices, <br />we will help enhance economic development in Santa Ana. <br />
