<br />paragraph'10 below. COUNTY's cost for such -maintenance shall be reimbursed�ln
<br />accordance with the schedule of priorities as set forth in paragrap 18 below.
<br />8. Maintain or cause to be maintained policies of insurance covering the Phase 1,
<br />Facilities as required in Section 5.3 (Provisions Regarding Insurance) of the Parking
<br />Facilities Lease Agreement ("Facilities lease") between COUNTY and OCPFC relating•t.0.:.

<br />non-residential zoned areas bordered by Main Street on the east, Bristol Street on the
<br />2411 west, Washington Avenue on the north and First Street on the south, except 'however' all

<br />26 further agrees to use its best efforts to eliminate or substantially reduce
<br />non-resident, on -street parking in those residential -zoned areas which are located
