PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />COMMUNICABLE DISEASE - EXCLUSION <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL UMBRELLA POLICY <br />Notwithstanding any coverage extended within the Schedule of Underlying Insurance, the Commercial Umbrella Policy <br />to which this endorsement is attached does not apply to, and we shall have no duty to defend any, "claim", "suit", <br />"damages" or "injury" which arises out of: <br />1. The actual or alleged transmission of a "communicable disease"; and/or <br />2. An act, error or omission by or on behalf of any "insured" or "Member" in: <br />a. The supervision, hiring, employment, training or monitoring of any person who transmits, is infected <br />with, and/or alleged to be infected with a "communicable disease"; and/or <br />b. Testing for a "communicable disease"; and/or <br />c. The actual or alleged failure to prevent the spread of a "communicable disease"; and/or <br />d.
