PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />MEMBER CRITERIA <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL UMBRELLA POLICY <br />A named insured of the Nonprofits Insurance Alliance of California (NIAC) must meet at least the following <br />criteria: <br />1. is organized chiefly to provide or fund health or human services, but does not include a hospital; <br />2. is incorporated in California or qualified to do business in California and is an organization <br />described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and exempt from tax under <br />section 501(a), or any corresponding sections of any future federal tax code.
