C. Discounted ad space shall be equally distributed across all day parts. <br />9. Reporting <br />A. Company shall provide quarterly reports with each quarterly MAG Payment within thirty (30) days <br />from the end of each calendar quarter. Each report shall detail by Advertising Site the revenue <br />generated from the Advertising Inventory, MAG payment associated ad rates, occupancy rates, and/or <br />the True -Up Payment. The Parties shall mutually agree on the format and content of the quarterly <br />reports. <br />10. Account Executive <br />A. Company shall assign an Account Executive to be the City's single point of contact for this partnership. <br />The Account Executive shall be replaced upon the City's request. <br />11. Meetings <br />A. At the City's discretion, the Parties shall meet on an as needed basis to discuss Advertising Sites to be <br />developed. <br />B. At the City's discretion, the Parties shall meet on a quarterly basis to review sales performance and any <br />other matter related to the services provided by Company. <br />Page 30 of 31 <br />
