INSURANCE NOT ON FILE <br />WORK MAY NOT PROCEED A-2022-096 <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: <br />d.,(0y, <br />C�+otnLfSca fVugUJ <br />s(04 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PATROL SOLUTIONS LLC TO PROVIDE <br />fff <br />SANTA ANA CITY ZOO SECURITY SERVICES <br />N <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into June 7, 2022, by and <br />® <br />between Patrol Solutions, LLC, a California company ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />cra <br />city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2022-029 ("Agreement") dated February 1, 2022, to <br />retain Contractor to provide overnight, on -site security and surveillance at the Santa Ana City Zoo. <br />B. The Agreement is current and in -effect through December 31, 2022. <br />C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation to fund security <br />services at the zoo until a Request for Proposals for security services at the zoo is completed. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2(a), Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the not -to -exceed amount by Fifty <br />Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($50,000). The total amount to be expended during the term of this <br />Agreement shall not exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,000). <br />2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to the Agreement on <br />the date and year first written above. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br />SONIA R.
