Ms. Razo also maintains and builds relationships with on -site and off -site Santa Ana <br />community partners and has been with the Santa Ana Family Justice Center since it opened in January 2020 <br />and has worked directly with survivors of trauma and the Santa Ana community at large since 2017. <br />The Victim Advocate will work closely with clients and be the first point of contact at the Santa Ana Family <br />Justice Center for the Santa Ana community for 14 hours a week. The part-time victim advocate's daily <br />responsibilities include conducting initial intakes and needs assessments for victims, detailed safety planning, <br />preparation of documents as they pertain to victims' personal, legal and/or medical circumstances, and <br />providing general case management to victims, which includes referrals to fellow SAFJC agencies/resources. <br />Direct services, which are not covered by the CDBG grant or the City of Santa Ana, are delivered by on -site <br />SAFJC partner agencies including: <br />• 4GIRLS <br />• Casa De La Familia <br />• Community Legal Aid SoCal <br />• County of Orange Social Services Agency <br />o CalWorks <br />o Adult Protective Services <br />o Children and Family Services <br />• Crime Survivors <br />• Eli Home for Abused Children 800 800 760 <br />• Get Safe <br />• Human Options <br />• Mexican Consulate <br />• New Star FJC <br />• Orange County Department of Child Support Services <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
