This instrument cannot be waived, changed, discharged or terminated orally, but only by <br />an instrument in writing signed by Beneficiary and Trustor. <br />8.2. Reconveyance by Trustee. <br />Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid, <br />and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to Trustee for cancellation and retention, and upon <br />payment by Trustor of Trustee's reasonable fees, Trustee shall reconvey, without warranty, the <br />Security to Trustor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto. <br />8.3. Notices. <br />(a) If at any time after the execution of this Deed of Trust it shall become <br />necessary or convenient for one of the parties hereto to serve any notice, demand or <br />communication upon the other party, such notice, demand or communication shall be in writing <br />and shall be served personally or by depositing the same in the registered United States mail, <br />return receipt requested, postage prepaid and: <br />(1) if intended for Beneficiary shall be addressed to: <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Executive Director (CDA) <br />20 Civic Center Plaza (M-26) <br />P.O.
