This allows us <br />to have a continuous, structured, intentional and open dialogue with our <br />customers, but also shows we actually respond to your feedback. <br />As part of the ProudCity customer feedback program, we: <br />✓ Send a quarterly survey to all users of the ProudCity Platform <br />✓ Send a summary report to all ProudCity Platform users <br />✓ Publicly document and implement action items based on your feedback <br />
