* ProudCity <br />Total not -to -exceed amount. The total amount to be expended under <br />this Agreement shall not exceed $131,481. This sum is composed of <br />(a) the base ProudCity Standard Subscription amount $113,481 and <br />(b) a contingency in the amount $18,000 for service enhancements at <br />the City's sole discretion. <br />2.
