Authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />agreement with Luis Raul Martinez, for the period of July 19, 2022 through June 30, <br />2025, to provide counseling services, in an amount not to exceed $120,000, subject <br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year agreement with Felice <br />Hernandez, for the period of July 19, 2022 through June 30, 2025, to provide <br />counseling services, in an amount not to exceed $120,000, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2022- <br />XXX). <br />28.
