Authorize the Executive Director and Recording Secretary <br />to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Santa Ana Workforce <br />Development Board which outlines the sharing of resources and expenses associated <br />with the operations of a comprehensive one stop center for a one-year term expiring <br />June 30, 2023 and payment to the City of Santa Ana in an estimated amount of $8,054 <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and Authority <br />General Council. <br />Page 19 7/19/2022 <br />
