You chose to ignore it. A July 101" article <br /> published in the Orange County Register addresses lead contamination in Orange County and Santa Ana; Minh Thai <br /> provided input. I ask you to look at this issue again. <br /> GENERAL COMMENTS <br /> ITEM 14 <br /> 1. Why were areas north of the 1-5 Freeway excluded from the environmental justice consideration' <br /> Homes next to the freeway in the communities of Mabury Park, Grand Sunrise and Park Santiago <br /> inedited with black particulate and noise as much as other areas that are impacted by the freewa <br /> The homes immediately adjacent to the I-5 freeway are impacted the most, however the City took the easy step of <br /> drawing a line at the I-5 freeway and ignored the homes east of the freeway. I was surprised by this considering one of <br /> the council members resides in this area. <br /> 4 <br />
