EXHIBIT A COMMUNITY BENEFIT AND SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES PLAN Broadway Health Center Inc. dba OC Kush will be offering jobs to Santa Ana residents on a priority basis with the goal of 50% of the employees being Santa Ana residents. Applicant will hold community hiring events including posts to social media, indeed.com, and ziprecruiter with a focus on not only local residents but also to ensure that their workforce will be diverse and inclusive, Broadway Health Center Inc.,. will sign a Labor Peace Agreement and will pay Fair/living wages. In addition, Broadway Health Center Inc., commits to local sourcing on a priority basis for construction and maintenance labor such as janitorial services, securities, materials and to contract with local businesses from the City of Santa Ana as a priority. Broadway Health Center Inc., will implement a training program to ensure that all personnel present at the premises are provided information and training on cultivation techniques, manufacturing processes, health, safety and emergency and security procedures. In addition, all employees will receive ongoing training annually. Broadway Health Center Inc., will split one percent of its gross net income and donate to the following organizations: Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls club and Santa ana Chamber of commerce annually. Broadway Health Center Inc., will keep in close contact with the Chamber of Commerce for updated community needs and will play an active role in supporting the community and different programs that will need support. Broadway Health Center Inc., will continuously engage with, as well as financially support local charitable organizations with annual donations. These causes and community -based programs will benefit disadvantaged youth, the elderly and non-profit organizations and other community -based organizations. In particular, youth drug divergent programs that educate the youth in the community about potential abuse of cannabis are important to our company. As mentioned above, we agree to support a Community Benefits Program as directed by the City of Santa Ana including and not limited to a contribution agreement to contribute to local schools, parks, public safety, and libraries. Broadway Health Center Inc. will also commit to use Green Building practices and technology included but not limited to use of high efficient LED lighting, smart appliances, water conserving fixtures to reduce water usage.
