14. Severability <br />14.1.1. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole <br />or in part, the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be <br />affected thereby. <br />15. Effective Date. <br />15.1. The effective date of this Agreement shall be the latest date of execution hereinafter set <br />forth opposite the names of the signators hereto ('Effective Date"). <br />16. Entire Agreement <br />16.1. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties relating to the subject matter <br />hereof, and the Parties have made no agreements, representations, or warranties, either written or <br />oral, relating to the subject matter hereof that are not set forth herein.
