Pyramid Group International, Inc. Cost Estimate The cost estimate presented by Pyramid herein is based on a rate of $240 per hour. Pyramid's services would be billed in 0.25 hourly increments. Because of the proximity of Pyramid's offices to the City of Santa Ana, travel costs are minimal and therefore negligeable. Therefore, travel costs are not included in the cost estimate. Detailed cost for the proposed scope of work is presented below per task and subtask for each year. As for the duration of the proposed work, Pyramid suggests a three-year contract with two one-year extension options. Table 1.
