CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />EXHIBIT C <br />COMPENSATION — RFP NO.: 21-014 <br />Facility Condition Assessment Payment Schedule <br />With regards to the Facility Condition Assessment, an invoice for each Project (property) will be <br />issued at the issuance of each DRAFT Letter Report. Invoices will be submitted on a monthly <br />schedule on, or around the 15t' of each month. See table below regarding price per project. <br />Software Payment Schedule <br />Payment for the initial installation of the CMMS software will be 100% of the proposed cost <br />$66,400.00, prior to installation of the software and training of staff. The $66,400 fee covers <br />One annual Year of the CMMS software. Year One begins after training of the City staff and <br />hand-off of the CMMS software to the City of Santa Ana who will be hosting the software. <br />2023: Year 2: $6,500.00 — Annual license for 25 users <br />2024: Year 3: $6,500.00 — Annual license for 25 users <br />2025: Year 4: $6,500.00 — Annual license for 25 users <br />2026: Year 5: $6,500.00 — Annual license for 25 users <br />
