11. Developer shall provide good faith effort and work with staff to explore the <br />feasibility of the following: <br />a. Incorporate an enhanced air quality filtration system that is greater <br />than Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) filters of MERV 13. <br />b. Incorporate a live/work affordable unit; if not feasible, the number of <br />units and the size originally proposed must be preserved. <br />c. The project CC&Rs must restrict the ground -floor commercial area in <br />the live/work units to prevent use as a bedroom.
