Elect a Chairperson for the 2022-2023 term. <br /> <br />2. Elect a Vice Chairperson for the 2022-2023 term. <br />3. Elect a Representative from the Planning Commission to the Historic Resources <br />Commission for the 2022-2023 term. <br />DISCUSSION <br />In the accordance with Section 11(a) of the Planning Commission Bylaws, an annual <br />election for a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson shall take place during the month of July <br />in each calendar year and shall take effect the first day of August following the election. <br />The term of office for this election is August 2022 through July 2023. <br />Additionally, in accordance with Section 11 (d) of the Planning Commission Bylaws, a <br />commission member shall be elected annually to serve as ex officio representative to the <br />Historic Resources Commission. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action <br />Submitted By: <br />Sarah Bernal, Planning Commission Secretary <br />7/25/2022 <br />Planning Commission 4 –1
