such default provided the limited partner has commenced to cure such default and is diligently proceeding to cure such default through the end of such period; and (e) If the limited partner makes any such payment or otherwise cures such default, the Beneficiary will accept such action as curing such default as if such payment or cure were made by Trustor. Section 8. MISCELLANEOUS 8.1. Amendments. This instrument cannot be waived, changed, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by Beneficiary and Trustor. 8.2. Reconveyance by Trustee.
