COMMERCIAL EXCESS LIABILITY <br />EUM 22 528 05 06 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />EXCLUSION – CONTINUOUS OR PROGRESSIVE INJURY <br />OR DAMAGE <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL EXCESS LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. The following exclusion is added to Section <br />I.B. Exclusions: <br />This insurance does not apply to the <br />“continuation” of injury or damage which <br />“manifests” prior to the beginning of the policy <br />period. <br />B. As used in this endorsement: <br />1. “Continuation” includes any progression, <br />change or resumption. <br />2. “Manifests” means: <br />a. For “bodily injury”, when such injury, <br />sickness or disease is first diagnosed; <br />and <br />b.
