The name of the association is Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. <br />11. The association is an unincorporated nonprofit association legally organized <br />under the laws of the State of California, California Corporations Code §§ 18000, at seq. <br />111. The association's governing documents, pursuant to California Corporations <br />Code §§ 18008, are the Code of Canon Law (1983) of the Roman Catholic Church, as it. <br />may be amended from time to time, diocesan particular law, and in the canonical <br />statutes of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church as they may be enacted or amended from <br />time to time. <br />IV. The association's governing principles, pursuant to California Corporations Code <br />§§ 18010, are stated in the Code of Canon Law (1983) of the Roman Catholic Church <br />("Canon Law"), as it may be amended from time to time, diocesan particular law, and in <br />the canonical statutes of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church as they may be enacted or <br />amended from time to time. <br />V.
