Department(s): Finance and Management Services <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to Agreement <br />with Pitney Bowes Presort Services, LLC for mail processing services and exercise a renewal <br />option for a term commencing April 1, 2022 through January 31, 2024 for a total amount not to <br />exceed $40,000, subject to non -substantive changes and approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (Agreement No. 2022-XXX). <br />MINUTES: This consent Item - Agreement No. 2022-032 was approved. <br />17.
