Professional Advisory Council (PAC) <br />GMC has a Professional Advisory Council. The purpose of the GMC PAC is to provide unique <br />knowledge and skills to help effectively guide the organization in regulatory, industry, policy, and <br />subject matter expertise matters. <br />Holidays <br />GMC celebrates the following holidays, and the office is closed on these days. <br />• New Year's Eve <br />• New Year's Day <br />• Memorial Day <br />• Independence Day <br />• Labor Day <br />• Thanksgiving and the day after <br />• Christmas Eve <br />• Christmas Day <br />Programs and Courses <br />GMC offers two tracks, vocational programs and continuing education courses. <br />GMC vocational programs are offered in a variety of instructional methods that include <br />classroom, online, and hybrid learning environments. Programs are designed to meet state, local, <br />and national licensing and credentialling requirements. <br />GMC continuing education courses are offered in a variety of instructional methods that include <br />correspondence, classroom, online, and hybrid learning environments. Courses are designed to <br />meet state licensing requirements. <br />Instructional Philosophy and Practice <br />GMC instructional philosophy is student centric. We offer our courses in a safe, professional, <br />no stress, hands-on environment with a deep commitment to education excellence centered in <br />the core values of healthcare providers and career success. Each program and course is taught in <br />a safe, professional atmosphere to ensure those from all levels of healthcare, phlebotomists, <br />MAs, LVNs, RNs, doctors, EMTs, Paramedics, first responders, midwives, and many other <br />healthcare students and providers, will benefit from the high quality learning experience that <br />GMC provides. <br />GMC Instructors are highly qualified nurses and healthcare professionals with years of practical <br />and professional experience. Each instructor meets or exceed minimum requirements from our <br />approving agencies.
