The Company will provide the Services described in the Identity Theft Overview attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement to enrolled Employees in return for the Member's Services Plans membership fee. 8. No change in the Services Plans shall be valid until approved by an officer of the Company and endorsed on orattached to the Agreement. No agent can change the Agreementor Services Plans or waive any of its provisions. A 30-day notice will be given should there be any change in the Services Plans. 9. Settlement of Disputes. The courts of the State of Delaware shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that arise under this Agreement, and each party consents to such jurisdiction, and to venue in such courts. 10. Notice.
