RE -ADVERTISEMENT <br />Bid Item No. 25 — Furnish and Install Fusion Splice 1 Strand of Single mode Fiber Optic (SMFO): <br />This work consists of furnishing and installing Fusion Splice 1 Strand Single Mode Fiber Optic Cable <br />including pigtails, connectors, labeling, and OTDR testing per latest Caltrans Standards, City of Santa Ana <br />Specifications and as indicated on the plans. <br />The unit price bid per each Fusion Splice 1 Strand Single Mode Fiber Optic Cable shall be considered full <br />compensation for famishing materials, labor, equipment, tools and incidentals as required and no additional <br />compensation will be allowed therefore. <br />Bid Item No. 26 — Furnish and Install Fiber Optic Splice Enclosure: <br />This work consists offumishing and installing a Coming Cable Systems Fiber Optic Splice Closure including <br />splice trays, pigtails, connectors, per latest Caltrans Standards, City of Santa Ana Specifications and as <br />indicated on the plans. <br />The unit price bid per each Fiber Optic Splice Closure shall be considered full compensation for famishing <br />materials, labor, equipment, tools and incidentals and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore. <br />Bid Items No. 27 — Pothole Pole Locations for Utility Conflicts: <br />Payment for Pothole Pole Locations for Utility Conflicts shall be at contract unit price bid per each item <br />listed in the Bid Proposal, and shall include full compensation for famishing all materials, labor, <br />equipment, tools, disposal of all removed materials, and incidentals as required and no additional <br />compensation will be allowed therefore. <br />Bid Items No. 28 — Furnish and Install 3-M Vinyl Wrap by Econolite for Type 332 Cabinet: <br />This work consists of famishing and installing 3-M vinyl wrapping with Clean Slate Group graffiti resistant <br />laminate, manufactured by Econolite. Vinyl wrap shall be installed onto existing cabinet in strict adherence <br />to manufacturer recommendations and shall be free of air bubbles, wrinkles, and/or lifted sections, edges or <br />comers. Vinyl graphics theme and layout shall be reviewed and approved by Engineer prior to printing and <br />installing vinyl on cabinet. <br />The unit price for each 3-M Vinyl Wrap by Econolite shall be considered full compensation for famishing <br />all labor, materials, tools, equipment, traffic signal cabinet preparation and appurtenances for all related <br />items of work necessary for the installation of the vinyl wrap.
