("Crosstown") is pleased to submit this proposal in response to <br />the City of Santa Ana On -Call Construction Services for Traffic Signals, Street Lights and Concrete <br />Wheel Chair Ramp Project, RFP No.: 21-095, <br />Crosstown Electrical and Data, Inc. is a Southern California based Electrical & General Contractor <br />specializing in the Installation of Electrical and ITS Infrastructure, fiber optics, copper, wireless, <br />communications, closed circuit television systems, conduit installation, traffic signal installations, <br />modifications, and maintenance. We were incorporated in 1998 as a C-Corporation and are in our twenty- <br />fourth successful year providing these services. <br />Our corporate office is at 5454 Diaz Street in the City of Irwindale, California. We own an 11,000 SF <br />building with offices, test laboratory, fabrication shop, and storage yard. Crosstown has a strong <br />management team, with each member having at least twenty years of field experience, both in the <br />technical and management areas for the installation of electrical, ITS and other complex systems. <br />Crosstown has developed an in-house team who is highly proficient in the implementation, installation, <br />integration and maintenance of electrical and ITS Infrastructure, fiber optic, video, wireless, and data <br />communications systems and have established themselves as premier integrators and installers of <br />Traffic, Transportation, Rail, and Public Works related electrical infrastructure and systems in Southern <br />California. Crosstown also has a strong construction division specializing in the installation of conduit, <br />traffic signals, wire/cable, pedestrian equipment and complete intersections. We are licensed to <br />contract for all types of electrical and general construction work (A and G-10 License Number 756309). <br />For the Concrete portion of this project, we will be using a subcontractor who maintains a C-8 license. <br />We are signatory with the local electrical unions (IBEW Locals 11, 440, 441, 477, and 952) and have <br />the resources to gear up rapidly should a contract require such action. We also own all of our own <br />bucket trucks, work trucks, bobcats, crane, boring rig, and traffic control equipment. Crosstown is a <br />Corning Network Preferred Installer, which allows a 25-year LANscape Solutions extended warranty to <br />end users. Crosstown also has a Traffic Signal Maintenance Division that currently employs <br />professional IMSA certified traffic signallstreet light electricians and an operational staff consisting of <br />dispatchers, billing specialists, customer service representatives, purchasing agent, and management <br />team which allows us to provide 2417 support. <br />Crosstown currently has 138 employees and has averaged over 31 million dollars worth of work per <br />year over the past 3 years. We are financially strong, bondable, and have an excellent relationship with <br />our banking facility, American Business Bank. Crosstown agrees to provide its most recent audited <br />financial statement upon the City's request.
