0M-5Department of <br />Civic Things <br />Services <br />Continuous improvement strategy and coaching <br />(-48 hours) <br />• Meet weekly with the website product owner to discuss: <br />o Digital services and content strategy <br />o Opportunities for continuous improvement <br />• Work with the website product owner to establish a cross -departmental website <br />team that meets regularly. <br />• Meet with the website team regularly to review analytics, feedback, <br />improvements, and department highlights. <br />• Provide guidance on content strategy website team meetings. <br />• Provide plain language, accessibility, and content design training to website team <br />members. <br />• Develop a template for the team to share updates with departments about <br />improvements to the website. <br />Content support <br />(-40 hours) <br />• Develop and improve content as needed to support City staff, including: <br />o Pages <br />o News posts <br />o Events <br />o Documents <br />• Review existing content and suggest opportunities to improve: <br />o Readability <br />o Accessibility <br />o User experience <br />Expectations <br />• The services outlined in this proposal will be performed remotely. <br />departmentofcivicthings.com 12 <br />
