The City desires to retain a contractor to provide a live performance at the City's <br />Fiestas Patrias Event. <br />B. Contractor represents that Contractor is able and willing to provide such services to <br />the City. <br />C. In undertaking the performance of this Agreement, Contractor represents that it is <br />knowledgeable in its field and that any services performed by Contractor under this <br />Agreement will be performed in compliance with such standards as may reasonably <br />be expected. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the <br />terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />a. Contractor shall provide a performance by musical group RAYMIX ("Artist"), as <br />further detailed in Exhibit A, for the City's Fiestas Patrias Event on September <br />17, 2022. <br />b. Contractor shall ensure that Artist provides a Forty -Five (45) minute live musical <br />performance, beginning at or around 9 PM <br />Contractor's Initials: RD <br />d. Contractor must provide song list of family friendly, clean edit songs with lyrics <br />to be approved by the City of Santa Ana prior to performance. <br />2. COMPENSATION <br />a. City agrees to pay, and Contractor agrees to accept as total payment for its services <br />for City, including all travel expenses and performance by Artist, the rates and <br />charges identified in Exhibit A. The total amount to be expended under this <br />Agreement shall not exceed Forty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($40,000.00). <br />b.
